Because coffee is a perishable product, all coffee sales are final.
However, if there is an issue with your order — including damage during transit, incorrect items, or concerns with product quality — please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
Non-Perishable Merchandise
Non-perishable items (such as merchandise or brewing accessories, if applicable) may be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider, but refunds are typically completed within 10 business days after approval.
