11°57’N Coffee takes its name from the latitude that runs through Vietnam’s Central Highlands, one of the world’s most important coffee-growing regions.

Vietnam is the second-largest coffee producer globally, yet much of its coffee has historically been undervalued and misunderstood. 11°57’N exists to help change that by focusing on quality, transparency, and thoughtful sourcing.

Our coffees are sourced from high-elevation farms across the Vietnamese Highlands, including Da Lat and Son La. We work with partners who prioritize care at every step, from cultivation to processing. Many of our lots are Strictly High Grown and Rainforest Alliance Certified, selected for balance, clarity, and consistency.

All of our coffees are roasted in small batches in Minneapolis. We roast with modern brewing in mind, creating profiles that perform well across phin, pour-over, espresso, and drip.

11°57’N Coffee is about showcasing Vietnamese coffee as it deserves to be experienced: deliberate, well-crafted, and rooted in place.
